Eight hexagonal screws

The octagonal bezel is secured by eight white-gold hexagonal screws whose slots are aligned; misaligned or Phillips-head screws are incorrect.

Integrated, hand-finished bracelet

The integrated bracelet has alternating polished/brushed links with hand-applied bevels; soft edges or a removable end-link are wrong.

Tapisserie dial pattern

Genuine Royal Oak dials use a precisely machined 'Tapisserie' guilloché (Petite on the Jumbo, Grande on 41mm). Shallow, uneven or printed 'waffle' patterns are a strong counterfeit indicator.
