Rado R764
High confidenceRado's R-prefixed caliber numbers are Rado designations for ETA movements, in exactly the way Tissot's Powermatic and Hamilton's H-series are. Recognising the C07 signature — 21,600 vph, 80 hours, a single broad bridge — identifies the movement across all of them. There is no in-house Rado architecture to look for and expecting one produces false findings. Note the neighbouring designations, which are easy to conflate: the R764 is C07.111-based with a day-date, while the R763 is built on the C07.611. An earlier revision of this record had the R764 on the C07.611 and it was wrong.
