The modern continuation. Note the material change: where the 1962 watch was hardmetal throughout, the current DiaStar Original uses steel with a Ceramos bezel. That is a factory specification and not a downgrade to be reported as a finding — but it does mean the hardmetal weight and scratch checks DO NOT APPLY to this reference, and applying them would produce a false result on a correct watch.
