Cookies & Tracking Notice
This notice lists the cookies and browser storage the Platform uses. It is a description of what the application actually sets, not a generic statement.

These documents have been prepared for the Atlas & Crown platform but have not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel. They are published for transparency, and several provisions — governing law, dispute resolution, liability caps, and statutory privacy rights — are expressly left unstated rather than asserted before that review. We would rather tell you that than imply a certainty we do not have.
1. In short
Everything we set is either strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the Platform secure, or a preference you chose yourself.
3. Browser storage
The Platform also uses your browser’s local storage for a few things that never leave your device and are never sent to us:
- A copy of your language preference, so the interface does not flicker on load.
- Which navigation sections you have collapsed.
- Unsaved drafts in the public comparison and inspection tools, so you do not lose work on a refresh.
- Whether you have dismissed the notice telling you a translation has not been reviewed by a speaker of that language.
You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings.
4. Error monitoring
Where enabled, we use an error-monitoring service to capture technical details of server-side faults so we can fix them. It records the error and the request context in which it occurred. It does not set cookies on your browser and is not used to track you across sites or sessions.
5. Consent
We do not show a cookie banner, because we do not set anything that would require one: every cookie above is either strictly necessary for a service you asked for, or a preference you set yourself.
6. Managing cookies
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in; blocking the preference cookies means the Platform will fall back to defaults for language and timezone on each visit.
